
You’ve got an addiction probably so it’s best to think of it that way and try to redirect your behaviors so like “I want to scroll” set a timer for 10 minutes and once it goes off, you have to go take a lap on the outside or your apartment or like go up and down your stairs or something, then try to start a different task or find new hobbies to try or just call someone you haven’t seen in a while and chat with them
