Has anyone ever gotten like one of those at-home pilates board things? I don’t really have the income to take the actual classes regularly but Ik at-home workouts might not always give the same results

If you’re not trying to build muscle and just want to do bodyweight exercises like Pilates, you’ll get the same results at home that you would in an expensive class. Just throw on a Pilates instructional video on YouTube and follow along. I’m also about to buy one of those boards but I need to research which one is going to be high quality without also being ungodly expensive

if you’re moving your body more than you would have before, meaning it works for you, it’d be worth it. pilates doesn’t give insane “results” it’s not like you need special equipment to gain that muscle like 45 lb plates and a rack or whatnot
