I feel like people who think ai is unnecessary technology or something that makes us stupider are not curious enough and don’t ask questions bc personally I think ai is one of the most fascinating technological developments ever

ai is wasting water, stealing jobs, and stopping critical thought. is there a world where there are productive and useful applications of ai? sure, but that’s not how it’s being used

Scientists have proven it makes you stupid. It’s not an opinion it’s a fact. We are curious, we just go to books for answers

I think ai has useful applications but the push to implement it everywhere and use it in everything is dumb. It’s so misused and I’m terrified of its contributions to misinformation

I agree with some of that. I think it’s environmental impact is absolutely devastating bc I think it’s an amazing tool and I wish so badly that it was not the case but I’m setting that aside rn I’m mainly talking ab the intellectual argument of it like the impact on learning and researching information.
