i’m eligible for the america the beautiful access pass (free entry to any state or national park) and after finding that out he’s more open to it all! yosemite might be better than the eno river state park

I did not even know that pass existed, that’s exciting! Glad he’s more open to it. Maybe you guys can try “glamping” as a middle ground between your camping and him not liking camping

that’s what i’m hoping for! a lot of big national parks have cabins and hotels and some have this under canvas thing where it’s kinda like a tent but bigger and fancier and has electricity so i could build him up to camping camping once and then we go back to glamping

if i’m being honest the way i camp is already kinda glamping like i set up lights and have a van and stuff too. he’s never been with me at all so he doesn’t know exactly how i do it and only knows the hell camping was with his dad 😭 like dw babe i won’t go anywhere that doesn’t have running water and toilets
