For anyone who tells me “ask for light ice!” Shut up please next time. They don’t give you extra anything in lieu of less ice. Not to mention they gave me a fucked up lid too and no straw so I literally can barely drink it I have to take off the lid.

I feel your rage girl, this shit has ruined my day so many times. It usually works at Starbucks (or at least it used to a few years ago) and when I switched to Dunkin one day and did the same thing, they gave me like half a fucking drink. As a former food service employee I promise that shit does not come out of their paycheck and I’m sick of them acting like it does

im a barista and i give extra for light ice but i know each district is different. a lot of upper level managers (above store managers) have really fucking annoying rules and i’m sure some somewhere have a rule about light ice

I would always have cooks throw extra wings in orders when I waitressed at bdubs if I could tell the table was nice. I think people who do that are just way too rigid about their job and think the management actually cares about them 🙃 I’d much rather make everyday people happy over management/corporate

the stupidest rule i have is you can only put up to an espresso shot glass worth of milk in a shaken espresso no matter how much space there is
