Is it racist for my medical office to automatically put that my highest level of education is 12th grade on my physical when I graduate with my bachelors? Im a grad student and I just realized the last 2 years my medical office has been putting that

I always answer that my highest level of education is a bachelors degree, has anyone else had this issue?

Did you just finish your bachelors? Every dr office that I’ve been at they go by what your last completed thing was, so when I was in college it was either “high school grad” or “some college”
