i genuinely try sleeping without underwear and just doing underwear with no pad during the day, you'll see how it adapts and breathes so much more

i started wearing liners bc my discharge would eventually cause holes in my underwear and it would soak through the underwear to my pants and would make them smell 😭 i would love an alternative, genuinely considering trying those overpriced underwear that are like wicking or whatever

Woah, your discharge shouldn’t be strong enough to create holes in your clothing, that’s not normal and indicated an overly high pH. You should get that checked out!!

i should clarify the holes were when i was in middle school! wearing liners is a habit now bc of the amount of discharge and smell problem
