I got talked to by my shift lead and he said i needed to come on time (totally my fault) and he wasn’t even mean about it but for some reason my body is reacting like im about to be shot by a firing squad

I was 30 minutes late once for corporate job and my manager printed out the handbook (over reaction) and read it to me in our weekly 1:1 and I cried 🫩

No, just the attendance policy for hourly employees, but all she had to do was ask me to let her know when I was going to be late. My arrival time to work is 8:30-9, i got in at 9:30 because of weather and she doesn’t normally get in until 10 so i didn’t think it would be an issue until she was there before my arrival
