normally i just try to have a high protein diet, will use pea and rice protein blends if im making a smoothie/shake but i also make sure to add collagen powder bc its great for your joints bones hair skin and nails. makes u less prone to injury and less prone to aging

im not really a bulker tho, tis not one of my goals bc im super short lol. genuinely my go to smoothie is 1-2 kinds of berries, pineapple, almond milk, avocado, spinach, collagen powder, protein powder, handful of cacao nibs
