just be careful, my company said the exact same thing before laying off like 200 people!! they were all “guys we would never replace you, it’s just to help you do your job more efficiently!” then suddenly im getting a teams meeting from my boss’s boss titled “quick chat”

This company does contracts with various governments worth billions, and it would be a very poor idea to send off a proposal without human input. The employees will be alright.

Okie, obvi that’s info I didn’t have, so sorry if you thought this was meant to attack you! was just meant a word of caution because AI in the workplace genuinely fucked my life up and many people im close to because I believed the company when they told me my job was secure and AI was just there to help me - glad that’s not happening to you
