So I just got mine pierced and I’m changing my jewelry today. It’s been 5 weeks. This definitely scarred me 😂

My right ear is just finicky I’ve had them pierced for 4.5 years and it’s still weird

Perfect timing. I stg I’m not lurking on my phone. So like I’m scared it will hurt to switch it out. Is there a certain way I should put my ear rings in? I have no idea how to do it 😂

Depends what type of earrings they are but here’s some tips I’ve learned: 1) practice opening/closing them before you try to put them on 2) make sure it doesn’t hurt with what you have on, if your ears are still hurting don’t change the jewelry. 3) Take whatever part is pierced and you can pull it slightly to make the hole “bigger” (like the love grab near the bottom bottom and give it a slight pull will not hurt but makes it easier to put it in bc bigger hole/target)

Of course and if your ears are ever hurting/get infected bc of the winter weather saline on a cotton ball / paper towel on both sides of the piercing and light pressure help to clean it lightly (and repeat as necessary)

They’re in!! They didn’t hurt at all! I was so scared. The right one did ooze a little fluid w such a small amount of blood so I sprayed my ears with my cleaning solution. I also sanitized my jewelers before I put it in and they’re not hurting rn so I think I’m good. I’m so excited

Ok perfect and do my cleaning solution / cotton ball/ paper towel on that ear if it’s still oozing/bleeding just to prevent any infection
