if he won’t change it or if he asked, got a no, and still posted it’s valid. but if he is willing to take it down and check with you in the future I think it’s not worth being mad about. depends on the situation, I guess!

i meannn do you actually look bad? sometimes my friends take a pic that looks completely normal and then they say “oh i look disgusting and gross and ugly”
