It’s ok because leaving you on read or delivered is still sending you a message and that’s that she doesn’t want to be friends. As someone who also has bpd it’s terrifying not knowing if your favorite person likes you too.

I totally understand. Give them until the end of the day because they might be busy rn. Remember it’s ok to go a little bit without having a favorite person (ik it feels like your totally empty inside and that life has no meaning without them but that feeling will eventually fad or shift to another person). Once went 5 months without getting to talk to my fav person because she had just got a bf and he got jealous of me.
