I used to take customer service phone calls and when they started yelling I just held the phone receiver away from my ear until I heard them stop

I had a lady start cussing me out because of prices and I hung up cause I wasn’t dealing with it, she called back acting sad, asked if she was gonna cuss at me again, she started cussing and I hung up again
