REFUSE to listen to my suggestions. i tell them to do something different, to double check this, etc, and they say “nah it’s fine”. like DUDE. we’re the reason america is running. you need to have some pride in your work. then i know they go home to their wives talking about how hard and difficult their day was. maybe it’d be easier if you guys would listen to me. we wouldn’t have to go back and correct mistakes
