Yeah that’s not intentionally keeping it from him, that’s just not going out of your way to let him know every single time it happens. That’s pretty normal.

It’s like letting your partner know you have a stomach ache, you’ll normally only mention it when the stomach ache is particularly bad or uncomfortable rather than every single time
