it helps both the nervous system and the muscular system, so it allows you to relax. it helps me with sleep also and my nervous stomach/ bowel regularity

obviously it isn’t a cure-all, but it helps a lot! especially if you’re like me and keep trying relaxation techniques and they just aren’t quite enough
