Okay my further thoughts on this that I was afraid to voice. I think most new moms make it harder than it needs to be. You CAN shower and eat and sleep. Literally the baby will be fine sobbing for a second. Take care of yourself and let the baby cry for 90 seconds. Also them being like “I can’t sleep when the baby sleeps bc that’s when I clean” make your grown ass husband clean when he gets home and you sleep when the baby sleeps bc?? It’s not that hard
