THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: the reason you need to cook your dough or batter before you eat it is NOT just because of salmonella in eggs. while salmonella is a concern it’s pretty rare in eggs. the risk is in the FLOUR.

or treat the flour with heat!! then u can eat eggless uncooked dough safely
