I'm so sorry that happened to you. There's always the chance that the stress of the encounter is throwing off your cycle. I'm not sure what the exact timing for when to take a test would be but no matter what you're going to be okay.

just noticed I worded this badly. i had the encounter two days ago and am only now realizing it was “technically” sexual assault. there’s no risk of pregnancy, but i definitely still feel a little sick

That makes sense, that's still horrible to hear. Would you want to pursue legal action if possible or are you just going to completely cut them off? It's entirely up to what you're comfortable with, but regardless I would make sure to never be alone with that creep again.
