Probably a sinus infection, probably needs an antibiotic :(

sinuses yes. if you’re 18+, get advil cold and sinus from the pharmacy. take warm showers

I get a yearly sinus infection and the cvs minute clinic is super fast and easy to get into if you’re able to go there
