Hazel with amber middle. The grey ring (Arcus juvenilis) around them is due to your diet mostly, but it does look like you have some blue in them!!

It’s a ring that can form around your eyes due to aging, but in younger people it appears due to high cholesterol or high lipid levels. It’s usually harmless
