Any tips to begin my fitness journey?? I want to be stronger and lean but I feel like idek where to start in the gym or with dieting and supplements

College athlete here :) Try to focus on protein in your diet, greens/vegetables at least once a day, and drink a lot of water! Most people don’t get enough, and trust me you need adequate hydration to exercise. I’d say find a schedule that works for you, maybe lift and cardio four days a week, one or two mobility/stretching days and take an off day once or twice a week for recovery! Also, getting enough sleep is super important!

would like to add on, electrolytes are important too!! you need to replenish them
