Abrahamic religions are wild because there are parts of those religions that ban things like music and dance which is INSANITY. Music and dance exist on basically every corner of this earth. It’s the most human thing ever, not even close to “sin”

Even fully Deaf people have used rhythm from drums for events, and many enjoy very loud music and speaker vibrations. 🤦🏻‍♀️ More reason the Abrahamic cults are nonsensical.

Oh yeah for sure. But I can’t think of a single culture of this earth that bans music and dancing other than (some parts) of abrahamic religions, it’s a control thing

Did some research, while it seems to be Abrahamic sects mainly, interestingly Sparta highly regulated it to military-related stuff, and the CCP did during the cultural revolution as well restrict to only revolutionary related and approved stuff

Whats your proposal then? Because it seems like historically, attempts to get rid of religion have been more violent than the religious it was removing. See: USSR, Communist China as well, and they are still actively enslaving Uyghurs

There’s no verse in the bible which is why the whole idea is nonsense. And Quran MAYBE (considering a number of Islamic scholars agree that music is haram) but not the bible. There are many fundamentalist Christian groups though that believe that music and dance is a sin

I have no proposal. I can’t stop people from being religious unfortunately. But what we can do is not take bullshit from religious people. We shouldn’t allow religion to dictate rules for mass groups of people, or even countries
