This is cracking me up, I’m a vet assistant and we have a lot of people ask to see masses and keep teeth but we’ve never had anyone ask to keep stitches before

I def kept my wisdom teeth after I got them out, glad I’m not the only one who likes to keep souvenirs 😂😂

So do you think the vet would let me have my dogs teeth after he dies bc I wanted to make a necklace from a mold of his canine but everyone in my family thinks it’s weird and that the vet wouldn’t let me

I don’t think it’s weird personally! I will say people only usually get to take them home if we happen to remove them during a dental procedure (I’ve seen a single molar take 90 minutes to remove) so unless you’re willing to pay your vet a lot of extra money to extract them I wouldn’t bank on getting to take them home
