It was 1. To have parents be parents and follow the rules of the school and not go into truancy 2. Have kids follow another step of responsibility and communication of work to translate to the school - workplace//prison pipelines.

Yeah why did I have in school suspension for being late while we were watching a documentary… I missed the entire lesson and had to be excused from the worksheet and quiz so I could… draw in detention

i get this but there's still a majority of parents that don't listen to kids so even following all that. it's goes back on the kid for no reason.

I’m perpetually late, I’ve been late for my own damn birthday I’m not gonna be able to fix it now. At least now I’m only ever like 5 minutes late
