bras are a scam i swear 😭 in winter i just layer oversized sweaters and dresses so i dont have to wear one, and in summer i either wear tops with built in bras or just slap on a sticky nip cover and call it a day (ymmv with sweat)

Bra sizing is so difficult to navigate I stg. I don’t get ones with wire but the strap always ends up too tight on me somehow… I wonder if shoulder broadness contributes? Mine are kind of broad :/

you can find bras with wider straps that are more comfy but they usually look super granny style :( you could try racerback though or the kind that clip together in the back! it usually takes some of the stress off your shoulders/traps and doesn’t dig in as bad
