brushing my teeth in the shower helped me transition into a regular dental routine. something about the water running over me helped separate the bad feeling. could be worth a shot :)

i used a chewing stick when my depression was bad and had me bedridden. i just would zone out while watching tiktok with it

Omg even showering is shit bc of our awful water pressure situation- I think I need to use an electric toothbrush and stuff now as well, and even my showering routine needs work 😭
