I applied to the place I had my last internship at so they already knew my work ethic and capabilities, and I already knew that I loved working there!

Apply literally everywhere, but especially if you’ve already had an internship somewhere, and make sure your resume is primed to be scanned by ai before it ever sees human eyes 😭. It sucks but that’s what companies are doing and we’ve just gotta play the game
