Op of this post is not saying that that being anti misogyny is being male centered, they are saying that being angry about men’s behavior to the point where it affects your day to day isn’t healthy. Take misandry and misogyny out of it, being angry at anything to the point where it affects your day to day isn’t healthy. I can see why Op would say that having men’s actions and lack of action live in your head rent free making you angry is still centering men.
