Idk who needs to hear this but changing my diet to avoid high prostaglandin foods (like red meat) right before & during my period, has helped my PMDD so much. My medication also helps too, but I swear I feel a sold extra 40% better from the diet stuff.

People say eat a steak while you’re bleeding and that is not the best advice, at least according to my dietician. If you want to reduce prostaglandins, eat those right towards the end or after you stop bleeding!
