Your body is still able to make that natural lubricant, so you are bleeding but it gets mixed with that clear gel like substance. It does help with cramping but it gets mostly on the person that’s having fun with you. Once you are in the height of fun smell is not too much but foreplay def can smell iron and the period pretty much . I hope I wasn’t too explicit sorry

It helps with pain sometimes, when I wear the diva cup that helps with pain too. I think it has something to do with pressure against the walls? Idk
