I generally just take my lips off and place them to the side until I’m done eating. Then I just reattach

There should be a pull tab tucked inside of your upper lip somewhere. Might be kinda close to your gums and upper jaw. Pull it and it comes right off. Then they magnetize back on and lock into place. Super simple!
