Yall I got the depo shot 2 days Before I was supposed to get my period an then I never got it. This morning I woke up early just to eat miniwheats. I’ve never gotten up with the purpose to eat in my entire life should I take a test

It never hurts to take a test, but changes in appetite can be a normal side effect of depo. If a test eases your mind, take one.

If you want take a test but your body acting out or the norm immediately after starting birth control is normal. When I first started birth control I was bone tired exhausted the first week on it

Girl I trust my doctor with my life she said the odds of those things they’re getting sued for should be very little as long as I’m not on it for more than 2 years. But the IUD almost killed me from the pain it was causing. I’m just trying to find a good option lol

That being said the pill is v hard for me cause I often just forget to take it and since I need it for actual birth control and not for like bad periods etc it just wast the best option for me
