So I get gel-x and my actual nails are just barely shorter than they look in the pic. But the one in the bandaid snapped my actual nail but it’s still connected to my skin. So I’m wondering if my nails are now too long for gel-x to actually help bc when

It breaks it rips my actual nails. So should I have her just shape and put the gel directly on my actual nails and just get the gel-x where I need it or should I just keep getting gel-x on all of them.
