this is old beef but whenever people complain about usernames & then complain about parasocial / idolizing between anons & usernames, it annoys me to no end. i do not think of myself as better or superior than anyone else just because i have an username. i am simply a college girl like everyone else with a silly username i created in 20 seconds. you can say you miss my posts!! or miss seeing me/interacting. but when you start acting like i’m superior or getting creepy, then it’s weird

so percy came from texas to my state - from texas, he was in a neglect case and had a number name, then shelter in texas named him quaker, then my local shelter named him mudslide, THEN one failed adoption later he was named PENCY💀 and poor guy went through so many name changes, i wanted something like apollo but settled on Percy because Percy Jackson & it was an easy switch
