i recently stopped after being on it for years and so far it’s mostly been fine? my acne has been flaring up and my periods are a lot longer and heavier than they were while i was on the pill but i haven’t experienced any extreme side effects from coming off or anything like that

i have! i missed my period for two solid months and im kinda irregular now but i feel better off of it tbh
