super mega insanely heavy period ☹️ like i’m usually on the nuva ring which makes it lighter but i’m out of refills on my prescription rn and i’m going to bed in fear of bleeding through every night (for good reason) literally wearing a super plus pad AND a super plus tampon 😭 (ik wearing a tampon overnight is not the move but i genuinely dk what else to do anymore)

You should look into period underwear it can relieve a lot of the worry. I know on the nexplanon sub on Reddit they have a few remedies for trying to lighten or stop bleeding

thank you so much for the help!! i will definitely be looking into that. also apologies if you saw the comment adding onto the explanation of my current problem (that i deleted). i was describing what the user that dmed me said and left out some details that made it seem like i was just making assumptions about the intention of the dm because they mentioned adult diapers. i didn’t realize my error until i the comment started getting downvoted but that was not my intention
