the same people that were considered essential workers in 2020 are now considered not professional. i know it may not seem like it, but the work you’re doing or are going to do isn’t any less important or beneficial because of that classification. it’s also happening under the trump administration and Lord knows they’re not the brightest so fr don’t let it bother you or stop you from doing great things

Those essential workers were and still are treated like shit :,( and paid terribly. I don’t want that treatment for doing important work

i understand, they were and are treated horribly. my mom is one of them. but at the end of the day they’re saving lives. if it’s something you’re truly passionate about, i would go for it
