A guy at my old customer service job was a registered offender and on his 1st day I told him part of the closing duty was to sweep the parking lot

I worked at an ice cream place once when I was like 16 and it got bought out after about 6 months of me working there. The new owner was constantly STARING at my UNDERAGED coworker’s chests. Not just instinctual or subconscious glances but like direct intentional stares. Made half the girls quit and the other half refused to work with him unless one of the other guys they trusted were there

Dude one of the managers at my old work was asking the teen girls if he could drive them home (their parents dropped them off) and apparently he was asking for nudes in their dms 🤮🤮🤮🤮

That’s when you anonymously report it, and post it on your google and yelp reviews under a burner account

I recently had a similar situation, he was caught with 10 tb and they let him work. At work, we refer to him as reddot, he knows why too.

Yes if he didn’t declare it during hiring process he will be fired. Felons have to declare that information to all employers

I’d just constantly spread the word. I’d constantly post on their reviews, social medias, etc. put in constant complaints with HR
