Things i don't even like: rice krispies, honey and semisweet chocolate. Things i just ate: 3 bowls of rice krispies with honey and semisweet chocolate chips... along with a bowl of pretzels. (after a full day of normal eating) MAKE IT STOP UGH (comments)

How do you feel before you have the compulsion to eat your roommate’s food you don’t even like? From my own experience, I tend to compulsively snack when I’m stressed emotionally

the kicker is that it's not even my food. its my poor roommates. i started to keep my food in my car because i have no self control. but it literally feels like a magnet pulling me towards the food and i can't make it stop.☹️ (p.s. ill replace my roommates food)

im definitely stressed right now, but it’s because of food stuff. I was dealing with a restrictive ed and ever since i increased my calories just a little, i’ve been absolutely insatiable and can’t keep my mind off of food. It’s 2am and i just ate 2 more bowls of that cereal. Im literally nauseous from the chocolate chips. i can FEEL the weight gain and im so ashamed of myself. i’ve already gained 7lbs in 2 weeks… :(
