it can be used to prosecute you if you are accused of getting an abortion, because it shows if you’ve missed a period and the exact date that you ovulated, would have conceived, etc.

i was saying that op should go somewhere where she can get an abortion, it's not illegal to go to another state and get one. it's extremely dangerous to do it yourself. there is no point in fear mongering and i think it's so insanely ignorant to blindly believe bs online. the government is not going to use your period tracking app to persecute you for an abortion. explain exactly how you think that would all go down.

I don’t think you understand what it’s like to live in a red state. Women here are getting prosecuted for things like miscarriages or false accusations. Having more information out there to be used against you is never a good thing.
