
try to prep your meals and snacks for the week in advance, which sticking to an plan/routine would help you get into the habit of eating more. make sure you are hitting all of your food groups and you can also experiment with dif recipes which kind of also makes the process fun haha, and might open your taste pallet a bit more as well.
if you aren’t picky about chicken or meat, then I would also recommend upping your protein intake! Personally it helps because I can enjoy it like a regular meal or snack depending on how I make it (I.e chicken salad, chicken breast, etc) I like adding a crunch too which depending on crackers and stuff can help too!
