Jumping off of #2 and #3, try drinking smoothies and such!! It’s a good way to drink calories and there’s a lot of leeway in what you can add (any types of fruits, protein powders, etc) or it could be a good alternative if cooking/meal prep is too much of a hassle on some days

your calorie needs are super dependent on your level of activity and metabolism and such but you’re probably not gaining weight on 1000 cal/day

try to prep your meals and snacks for the week in advance, which sticking to an plan/routine would help you get into the habit of eating more. make sure you are hitting all of your food groups and you can also experiment with dif recipes which kind of also makes the process fun haha, and might open your taste pallet a bit more as well.

if you aren’t picky about chicken or meat, then I would also recommend upping your protein intake! Personally it helps because I can enjoy it like a regular meal or snack depending on how I make it (I.e chicken salad, chicken breast, etc) I like adding a crunch too which depending on crackers and stuff can help too! It’s lightweight but helps muscle growth and helps you gain

my fitness pal says to get 1,800+ in everyday, obviously sometimes i don’t have the appetite or don’t reach my goal, and only reach 1,000 ish. my boyfriend tells me it’s fine as long as i reach 1000, am i still gaining weight? or is it just like a steady line instead of a incline?

if you like eating the same foods though you can also make a plan out of that too, but make sure you are eating enough to hit enough calories during each day.
