Hey sobbing can be healthy!! You feel stuff and that’s beautiful. Betrayal really really hurts but your capacity to love and trust is still precious and no betrayal can take away that loving capacity within you, it will just help you be more selective with who you share that with in the future. don’t get me wrong - fuck him, fully, but this only reflects poorly on him, not you, and you will come out stronger and better
