Not to mom y’all but y’all def need to be better about it - sincerely someone that now has to pay $5-8K out of pocket to get my teeth fixed again after 6.5 years in braces bc my mom’s dog ate my retainer during covid and they wouldn’t allow me to come in to get another before my teeth already started shifting

You can try to see if they fit but if you have to force them to fit then.. it may be too late.

I try to keep up with my retainer but most times I’m so tired from school or work that I shower, brush my teeth and literally knock out an hour later. I’m gonna put a reminder on my phone to wear them because my teeth before braces were insidious.
