Growth is natural and acknowledging it as cringe/embarassing/annoying is natural. We all have grown from things we did when we were younger, I’m proud of you. It takes a lot to grow and acknowledge your past mistakes.

It’s ok, I’ve done things where people remember me as someone else and I cringe to think about that’s who I was. If you ever meet them again and they don’t recognize your change, it’s on them.
