I mean like? Did she dye her hair a funky color or shave her head and get a face tat

Personally it would depend on if there was any planning prior to the change I think? Like it’s one thing if you had an appointment to get your hair dyed professionally for months but another if you went crazy with the box dye the night before on a whim. For the second one I can see how it’s not my business but like you couldn’t wait one more day?

depends on what the change is. things like dyed hair or a new tattoo/piercing wouldn’t bother me (unless the tattoo was offensive obvi)

It’s not happening to me personally I’ve just been seeing a lot of posts about that specific situation and sometimes I side with the party member and sometimes with the couple. Anything to do with hair is kind of a gray area for me depending on if they preplanned it or if it was a spur of the moment thing; tattoos are a bit different because I know those appointments are often made months in advance but I also know they require extensive care the first few days afterwards and wonder how that
