there’s still semen in pre ejaculate, just not as much as regular ejaculate. but of course, it only takes one swimmer to make a pregnancy. i wouldn’t take the risk personally but generally anything outside would be fine. there is the risk of something getting up there if you continue playing around

Precum itself is less likely to actually have any sperm in it, but it can pick up leftover sperm if the person has ejeculated recently. Yes there’s a chance with precum, and fingering with it, since that can lead it to the cervix. Sitting where it’s would be such a tiny chance I wouldn’t worry about that, because it’s not likely to lead up the vaginal canal into the cervix. It’s fine if it’s on the outside, it’s not going to do anything.

Cum has multiple components. Sperm of course, but also fluid to carry and protect the sperm. The vas deferens delivers the sperm to the rest of the mix (that’s the part they cut in a vasectomy!). With precum, the signal to release the sperm hasn’t happened yet, but that doesn’t mean there’s zero sperm. It can get in two ways: leftover in the system from a previous ejaculation or leakage thru the vas deferens. It only takes one sperm to cause a pregnancy.

(2) What about if you touch wet fabric that pre cum soaked through before fingering, are you at risk then? What if you just get pre cum on the outside, not inside? Just generally I cannot find good information on this and I figured this might be a good place to ask, thanks all!
