I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you use menstrual cups, please make sure all the blood is out of the sink before you walk away, especially in a public bathroom. I saw someone’s blood clot in the sink last night that I did not need to see 😭

I like…. I have been using the cups since I was in high school and I’ve never had to empty it out in public 😭 I’ve heard of people packing little spray bottle so they can clean it without having to use the sink. That should be the norm 😭

I use menstrual discs and I actually prefer to change them and wash them in the shower because the mess is much easier to clean and the warm water sometimes is more relaxing when I have cramps and stuff
