They be like “Hold on, let me ask for help.” I’m like, “You don’t need to ask; it’s right there. I see it in the picture.” And it’s so frustrating when they refund it, and you have to wait to get your money back. All just to reorder it, and the next shopper finds the same exact item. 😐
